Members of the university community are invited to review the proposed new Space Management and Flexible Work Policy and submit written feedback using the form at the bottom of this page or by emailing policy@arizona.edu. Please submit any comments by 5 p.m. on May 26, 2026.

This policy outlines university requirements and expectations for the management of university property. The policy also establishes requirements for staff related to their work locations and flexible work agreements.
