Members of the university community are invited to review the proposed new Sponsorship Policy and submit written feedback using the form at the bottom of this page or by emailing policy@arizona.edu. Please submit any comments by 5 p.m. on June 1, 2026.

This policy outlines establishes consistent requirements for entering into and managing sponsorships at the university.
