Policy

An instructor may temporarily remove a student from a classroom for creating a disturbance. If an immediate danger exists, the instructor should call 9-1-1. The instructor must then file a Code of Conduct Online Complaint Form for investigation and hearing. See Section 7.07.01 and contact the Dean of Students Office for assistance. See also the policies on threatening or disruptive behavior by students as follows.
