Members of the university community are invited to review the proposed new Email Policy and submit written feedback using the form at the bottom of this page or by emailing policy@arizona.edu. Please submit any comments by 5 p.m. on May 6, 2026.

The Email Policy outlines the university community’s rights and responsibilities when using university email.
