Scope

This policy applies to students in Student Worker Groups B, C and D. Dispute resolution options for Student Residence Hall Assistants are available from Residence Life. Dispute resolution for Graduate Assistants/Associates may be found at the Graduate College website

Policy

Student workers are encouraged to discuss employment-related concerns with their immediate supervisors, and supervisors should make reasonable efforts to address issues that are brought to their attention. Student workers may elevate their concerns to the next level supervisor, if necessary. The next level supervisor will review and consider the issue and make a final determination within seven (7) business days.

Related Information*

Student workers who believe that they have been subjected to discrimination, harassment, or retaliation should report the matter immediately, as described in the Nondiscrimination and Anti-Harassment Policy.
