Purpose and Summary

The current Ineligibility for Reemployment Policy allows the University to bar UA employees who commit serious violations of policy or law from returning to work at the University. This policy is being revised to add Designated Campus Colleagues (affiliates, associates, & volunteers) to the list of individuals who may be barred from returning to perform work or service for the UA as a result of a serious policy violation.
